SEASIDE VILLA PADULINA WITH SWIMMING POOL

On an enclosed plot of 1000 m², air-conditioned villa, renovated in 2018, beautiful sea view, large private swimming pool protected by an electric shutter that can support 100 kilos. The villa is only a few metres from the sea and its two large
beaches. 25 km from Calvi, 40 minutes from L'Ile Rousse, in the Scandola reserve at the foot of the GR20 and in the Fangu valley with its breathtaking river offering natural pools in the middle of wild and sumptuous landscapes. Restaurants and shops are nearby.

This villa is located in Galeria, it consists upstairs of a very beautiful living room opening onto a large terrace with sea view with flat screen television, wifi access, with a fully equipped kitchen: (American fridge with freezer compartment, oven, extractor, microwave, toaster, kettle, ironing board and iron, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 separate toilet and a gas barbecue. On the ground floor of three bedrooms with 2 beds in 140 and 1 bed in 160, a child's room with 2 to 4 possible beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub and 1 separate toilet. It can accommodate 8 to 10 people.

Possibility of scuba diving, sea trips in the Scandola reserve, canoeing and kayaking in the Fangu delta, boat rental with or without licence, horseback riding, adventure courses and zip lines in the pine forest of Calvi and also visit the Citadel of Calvi, the wine estates of the region and be able to attend concerts of Corsican songs.

Booking conditions:
Sending a signed rental contract to be returned.
30% of the amount of the stay at the time of booking.
The balance will be paid on the day of arrival or 14 days before if booking with the platforms.
The rental is from Saturday arrival 17:00 to Saturday departure 09:00. Early or later arrival on request.

- Weekend cleaning €150 + €20 for the barbecue


Deposit: €500 to be paid on site and returned at the end of the stay if no damage is found

2 airports nearby: Calvi 20 minutes away and Bastia 2h30 by car, by boat it is possible to get to Ile Rousse 40 minutes or Bastia and Ajaccio 2h30.

Location au top, la piscine a ete tres appréciée de toute la famille. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique le soir au coucher du soleil. Le logement est tres bien équipé. Super randonnées a faire au depart du village. Au plaisir de revenir une autre fois.

Un emplacement idéal. Au calme, terrasse ombragée avec vue sur la piscine et sur la mer. Tout est disponible à proximité : baignade, courses, village, vallée et delta du Fango. La maison est très bien aménagée et pratique. Les propriétaires résident dans le village et se sont rendus disponibles dès que nous en avons eu besoin. Nous recommandons !

Villa vue mer

Alexandra et son mari ont été très souple sur notre heure d'arrivée.Leur accueil a été chaleureux.La maison correspond à la description.L’emplacement est top.Tout peut se faire à pied : petit supermarché juste derrière la maison, boulangerie et boucherie à recommander.La plage à 50 mètres max de la maison.Et plusieurs restaurants très proches.Nous avons passé une superbe semaine.
