About this property

This is unit A in a 2 unit duplex. The place has been completely upgraded from top to bottom with brand new everything. This adorable unit is centrally located in Holmes beach and is a quick 5 min walk to the gorgeous beach. There is a trolley stop right across the street which will take you anywhere you want to go. Home sleeps 2 in the master and there is a pull out couch in the living room which has a lazyboy top of the line full sleeper. You also have access to a brand new, large heated pool and jacuzzi only shared with 3 other units!

remodeled du plex

The newly remodeled du plex was great for our stay on Anna Maria. It had everything that we needed The King bed was very comfortable. It was a few blocks walk to beautiful Holmes beach on the Gulf. The duplex was just off a busier road, but there was a sound machine provided with wave sounds or white noise and we slept very soundly.. Michael and Christine were super helpful hosts

Enjoyed everything about our stay except the road noise. I had read about it and we used sound machine on our phone to help drown out. Wonder if better windows would help??Host was receptive to suggestions I made for hooks/ towel rack in bathroom. Also could use foldable drying rack for swim suits/laundry.

Up to date and well furnished

First off, Christy was great to deal with, responded very quickly to any questions. The unit is very clean and well furnished, comfortable bed. Centrally located about a mile north of Publix grocery store and within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants. Use the crosswalk for getting across the busy Main Street! Would stay here again next time I visit Anna Maria.

Lovely Stay

This is a lovely property on a lovely Island. It was small but perfect in every way for just the two of us. Great location, really near the beach and perfect for the free island trolly stops. Christy was really nice to deal with.
