Our two bedroom, 1 bathroom condo has 1 King Bed and 2 Twin Beds in second bedroom. Queen sofa sleeper in living room.
The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking pots/pans/baking sheets etc.
The location could not be any better. Walking distance to local shops, restaurants, Walgreens, Publix Grocery store, etc.
Heated pool with outdoor shower, lounge chairs and picnic tables. Gas grills in pool area.
Complimentary crib, high chair, beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, 2 large boogie boards, large canopy and beach towels provided for your use. All linens included.
Our place has a Nest Thermostat. If you need help using it, please contact host.
If you think you may cancel less than 30 days before check in, please consider a third party travel insurance.

• Guest Count: Be sure your guest count is accurate when you book
• Parties: Not available. Penalties apply for unauthorized parties.
• Parking: No RVs, no street parking. Limit 1 car max allowed on property.
• Surveillance: Our properties usually have security cameras OUTSIDE only.
• Noise: Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially outside between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
• Internet Downloads: Do not illegally download copyright content. $100 fee per download.
• Pets: No pets allowed.
• Features Subject to Availability: Sometimes stuff happens beyond our control.
• No fire/flame inside: No candles/incense. Birthday cake candles are OK.
• Cleaning: Clean as you go. Leave the home how you found it. Don’t strip beds. (We don’t expect you to deep clean the place, but please be mindful and don’t trash the place. Take out the trash, run the dishwasher, put all items back where you found them.)
* No Smoking: The smell or other evidence of smoking of any kind in the home will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
We rarely have to charge fees for rules violations because the vast majority of our guests are couples or groups of family and friends who treat our home and our neighbors with respect. If you want a place to party, smoke inside, make noise, etc. then this is not the place for you.
Fees for Rules Violations:
Unauthorized Parties: $995 fee plus immediate termination of booking
Noise Complaints: $250 per for verified noise complaints
Smoking: $500+ for smoking evidence indoor (ashes, smoke smell, etc.)
Unauthorized Guests: $95 per person per night for full booking term
Dirty House: $250 cleaning fee if house left in poor condition.
Detailed Information:
Following are the more details explanations of the above high-level summary.
Picture ID Required: The person who booked the home must be the one checking-in and must provide a valid government issued picture ID. We may verify the ID in person or request a text image of the ID.
Guest Count: The booking price is calculated based on the number of guests you entered. Please ensure your total guest count is accurate before booking to ensure you are paying the correct amount. Any non-registered visitors who stay past midnight will be considered additional guests and the guest who booked will be charged additional guest fees.
Parties / Events: Keg / booze parties with people getting drunk, loud, disorderly, under age drinking, etc. are never permitted. In addition to the guest limitation, and all non-guest visitors are to vacate the premises before midnight.
Unauthorized parties will result in a fee and immediate termination of booking. The person who books is responsible for the conduct of their guests and responsible for any damages. More than 3 non-guests will be considered a party.
Unauthorized / Open Invite Party Penalties:
We understand that most people booking short term vacation rental properties are not simply looking for a place to throw wild parties. However, if you are looking for a “party house” you are advised not to book. Anyone throwing an unauthorized or open invite party can expect:
- Immediate booking termination.
- Everyone must vacate within 60 minutes of notification.
- $995 unauthorized party fee (First hour)
- $995 additional holdover fee (after first hour upon/if failure to vacate)
- Law enforcement support to assist with and oversee guest removal
Security and Noise Monitoring: For safety and security, exterior video cameras may be in place at various exterior home entry points.
Internet: Internet service is provided for your convenience. DO NOT ILLEGALLY DOWNLOAD COPYRIGHT PROTECTED CONTENT. Spectrum monitors for bit torrent and other peer-to-peer sharing sites and will mail us detailed warnings including date, time, and content titles. The guest who booked the property will be fined $100 per illegal download notice we receive. Multiple warnings can result in Spectrum terminating our internet, so please do not allow any guests to misuse the Internet service.
Parking: No RVs, no street parking. Limit 1 car max allowed on property.
Pets: No animals allowed (e.g. dogs, cats, birds, etc.) $250 per pet fee for any non-disclosed pets brought on property by guests or visitors.
Service Animal requests must be submitted using our forms, which must be signed by a licensed physician treating the condition. If you wish to claim a service animal, contact us to obtain these forms before booking.
Feature Availability: We strive to keep our homes in excellent condition with all advertised features functioning properly. However, sometimes things break or otherwise are not available for guest use.
Fire/Flame Inside:
Do not light incense, candles, or other combustible materials inside. Birthday cake candles are OK.
Cancellations, Credits, and Refunds:
Early check outs will not receive a refund or credit for any unused nights. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check in will not be refunded.
Post-Stay Clean-up:
PLEASE DO:
Checkout by 10 a.m., at which time maid service promptly starts.
Use paper towels/towelettes to remove makeup and clean messes (not cloth towels)
Only use cloth towels to dry clean bodies. Please help us keep towels stain free!
Bag all trash and place in outside containers.
Empty loose recycles directly into outside container - don't bag recycles!
Run dishwasher, put away all dishes, clean up any messes
Return any moved furniture, lamps, rugs, etc. back to their original positions.
Let us know if anything was broken or needs our attention before next guest so we can replace/repair it.
PLEASE DO NOT:
Do not strip the beds. We have a bedding inventory and laundry system.
Do not launder towels as we have an efficient washing system that we follow.
Do not use towels to remove makeup or clean anything that may stain.
Don’t forget to check for belongings in drawers, under beds, plugged in, etc.

We so enjoyed our stay at Endless Summer! perfect location, basically on the beach!!! Outstanding unit, immaculately clean, stocked with everything you need. Denise was so easy to work with, and we were even able to stay an extras night! This is are 4th time to Anna Maria Island, this was our best stay yet!! Highly Recommend this vacation Rental!
Clean and nice accommodations. Chairs and wagon was a great plus. Only issue is that there is a unit above and you can hear the people walking around. One of the best places we’ve stayed at on the island!
We had a wonderful week in this newly updated, clean and comfortable home. The location is so close to the beach with no traffic to worry about. Its proximity to Publix, Walgreens, restaurants and more is so convenient. We would definitely recommend this property.

Everything looked as expected from the pictures and worked properly without any issues. Plenty of beach stuff and proximity to beach and grocery store was great. Our host Denise was really responsive and helpful too. We had a great vacation.
Our stay was great! Denise was very helpful and answered any questions I had prior to arrival. The unit was very nice and clean. The beds are super comfortable. Beach access is literally across the street and tent, wagon, and even chairs were at the property. Would definitely stay again!

The place was perfect! I went with my husband and our 2 children. Had everything we needed and the beach is right there. So easy to walk there and back. Was also walking distance from a few restaurants. Loved that it had boogie boards and beach chairs for us to use. Would definitely come

I can’t say enough great things about the condo! We’ve been going to Anna Maria Island for 13 years and have stayed at some nice places but this condo was prefect! Great beds, beautifully decorated, a very comfortable vibe about the condo. The kitchen has everything one would need to prepare great meals. The CLEANLINESS made the stay perfect. The outside area was very pleasant. Pool was very nice. The location was great! So very close to the beach.
The owner was wonderful to work with.
To me this was a perfect condo to stay at for a visit to Anna Maria Island!

This place couldn't have been more perfect. Our family of 5 had plenty of room for our weeklong vacation. We were right across the street from the beach- which was so convenient and made beach day packing MUCH easier. Publix was just a couple blocks away, as were restaurants. Middle of the island was perfect, we were a quick golf cart ride to Pine St., Bean Point, Bradenton Beach. The pool was a nice bonus as well- our neighbors for the week were fantastic. The unit had everything we could have asked for- beach gear, beach cart (although not necessary since you are so close), cooler, boogie boards....etc.. We will be back!

Great Location close to the Beach
Awesome location. Denise was very responsive and accommodating. Unfortunately, there was construction going on outside around the property grounds outside of the owner's control. It woke us up several mornings at 7 am. There were workers and debris around both of the entrances. Therefore, it was less than desirable for our trip. Denise let us know a few days ahead of time and helped us work thru it. It was a surprise that the laundry was coin operated and not inside the unit.
Very clean, almost completely renovated condo, nicely outfitted. Quiet street, virtually beachfront, nice little pool and pool area. Comfy beds, nice furniture and electronics. The owner is a wonderful person, great to deal with, and we are glad to have stayed in her place.
The only downside and things needed to be aware of is there are no closets and nothing to hang stuff on or in. We ended up buying a wheeled rack from Amazon because we were there for a month with clothing to be hung up. No mirrors in either bedroom was a downer as well.
Otherwise, everything about this condo and owner is a winner on a great island.

We loved our time on Holmes beach and our stay at Anna Maria Place #1. Denise was more than accommodating; she was a caring hostess. The property is updated while maintaining the desired quaint, old-Florida charm. We had everything we could need for the beach - tent, chairs, floats, boogie boards, towel. The location could not be better - steps to the beach - our kids could easily and safely bounce between the beach, pool and condo. There is very limited closet space but who needs it when you're living in beachwear? There is a shared laundry. I suggest bringing quarters as we had trouble finding them on island. Overall excellent stay, lovely beaches. We will be back.

This property is so close to the beach. We especially love that it is off a quiet street and not off the main Gulf Dr. which gives us peace of mind when our kids are playing outside and walking to the beach.
