Descent, slightly disappointed

Room was listed correctly except for not letting us know balcony was not available. Check in is at 3pm, knowning a early check in option is availble and needs to be purchased before arrival would have been nice. Room wasn't very clean when we arrived. Carpet not vacuumed and floors not sweeped. Host would respond but was very short with answers and would sometime be rude. There was poor communication between the host and front desck with each one saying the other needed to be contacted.

The stay was great. The room was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again.

Nice property

Property was clean. It is somewhat aged but well maintained. A bit of a disappointment that the balcony door is kept locked. Other properties I have stayed at such as the Cosmopolitan provide access to their balconies. Casino is easily accessed from the 2nd floor and there is ample parking around the property.

My friends and I LOVED staying here! The only slight concerns: we were told the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked so we brought cooking materials, but it ended up being fully stocked with plates, cups, etc. We were 1 towel short for 4 people so we had to buy another from the hotel; same with toilet paper which we didn’t know we would have to buy going into this. Also, the fridge didn’t work but the freezer kept our food perfectly chilled. We would definitely stay again! Felt safe the entire time.
