One of few units in Angel Fire with a GARAGE! 2 bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, sleeps 8 and only a 5 minute walk to the lift.This is a fully remodeled unit.This is a clean and roomy unit. Mountain bikes/Skis and boards can be secure and worked on in the garage. This units sleeps 8 comfortably. We remodeled the entire unit, with new carpet, flooring and toilets, granite counter tops and beautiful cabinets. You’ll love it.
This is a town house, that offers privacy to our guests, no one above you but your own people! You walk into the mudroom, through either the front door or garage. Go up to the primary bedroom suite with full bathroom, including a tub and deck area. Go up to the roomy kitchen/dining room, filled with all the pots, pans and plates that you'll need. The other full bathroom is down the hall from kitchen and pantry. Go up a few steps to the large open living room with 2 brand new queen size sleeper sofas and a brand new love seat. There is an electric fire place and deck. Then you're up to the loft, with it’s cozy seating area and attached bedroom. It's a roomy townhouse with tons of comfort.

We enjoyed our stay here. The host communicated wonderfully before and during our stay, and helped with suggestions and directions. We had plenty of room for our family of 5, and we were close enough to walk and take the shuttle everywhere we needed to go while we were there.

Great spot near the mountain

We (4 adults) stayed here for a weekend ski trip and really enjoyed the space. Plenty of room for our group with quick walking access to the base of the mountain.

Perfect place in such a beautiful location! Nice to be so close to ski pickup and drop off. Condo was cozy and we loved the fireplace. Garage was super convenient for storing all of the equipment. We had a great spring break!

Very nice property

Very nice property, it appears to be recently renovated, with lots of upgrades, and very clean. Larger than expected, garage parking was a bonus with all the snow that fell, and a kitchen large enough forbthe family to hang out and cook together. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and close to the mountain and shutlle bus. Will definitely stay here again!

This place is super close to the lifts. It was also VERY clean. We enjoyed it!!! I will say we were snowed in, and we were glad we brought our 4 x 4! That would be my only piece of advice.

We visited Angel Fire for the first time for a short ski trip, and I was impressed with the quality of the accommodations. The owner was extremely responsive and very helpful with any questions I had. The condo was clean and spacious, and set-up with everything needed for everyday living. The condo is a short walk to Angel Fire lifts. Everything was perfect, the price was right, and so thank you very much!!

Minutes to the lift

This is an amazing property less than five minutes walk to the main lift. A beautifully renovated condo that is cozy and functional with a work space and a full kitchen. The landlords are very quick to respond to any concerns and very welcoming. Such a great place to stay!

This townhouse was perfect for us for our quick ski trip. I booked with Heather last year and had to change plans last minute. She was so accommodating I knew I would book with her again if we got to go back to Angel Fire this year. We will continue to stay at this property or one of her others as long as we are able.

Heather was very helpful, she made it easy. Clear instructions. The condo was clean, it had everything we needed and it's super close to the ski resort. Skiing was not the purpose of our visit, but this would be a great place to go in the winter. The bed was comfortable, which is not always the case when you stay in other places. Thank you!

Clean unit

The place was clean! We had a small issue with a bed frame and the host fixed it. The unit does not have a washer/dryer. It says laundromat nearby. We have stayed at many condos in Angel Fire and they all have a washer/dryer. So it was disappointing to not it have it.

My husband and I meet in Angel Fire in the early 2000’s. We started our family in 2003. Angel Fire is a small village with no stop lights, tons of wild life and surrounding like no other. We love it here, we hope you do too.

Why they chose this property

Like most of the condos in Angel Fire, it was built in the early '80's, but ours is newly gutted! It's clean, it's comfortable, it's functional and very roomy. We enclosed the open loft to make it in to a private bedroom with a small inset shelf area. We made the "cat-walk" into a tiny spot with an overstuffed chair for reading. The living room has 2 brand new queen sized sleeper sofas and a brand new love seat. The carpet is brand new and a fun place to play games. We took the guess work out of building a fire by putting in an electric insert. The kitchen has all new cabinets, granite counter tops and electric appliances. We have everything you'll need to prepare meals, minus any food or spice items. Both bathrooms are roomy with tons of storage and granite counters. The primary bedroom is connected to the 2nd bathroom. The bedroom has it's own deck area. In the mudroom/entry you'll find a bench to take off your shoes and an area to hang your coats. You can enter the garage from the mudroom to hang up your ski gear or park your bikes. The condo really has everything you'll need to relax! Come and enjoy the fresh air.

What makes this property unique

This condo/townhome is close to town and a short walk up to The Angel Fire Resort hill. Go up Aspen Street and head up to the hill. It's a close walk back to the condo after the bar closes and close enough for lunch.
