Great property for family and pets! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Fully fenced yard for pets and great outdoor space to relax and enjoy.Easy access to main roads and plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. Definitely going to stay here again when we are in town.

Very clean home with nice updates. Substantial parking for our large Ford F350. The host had great communication. I really appreciated the fenced yard for our Boston Terrier.Home is located in a nice suburban area with sidewalks.

I can't believe I spent 688/night to stay here. Overall all our trip seemed to be a lot of small things going wrong that added up to a bad experience. This place is in a high air traffic area and it is LOUD. Every 5 minutes a plane lands and you can't hold a conversation outside. I might just not have seen it posted, but host charged a pet fee after we booked, typically those are listed up front. Upon arrival the living room smelled of weed. The upstairs bedroom walls were dirty, the caulking is moldy in the bathroom. Burnt out light bulbs. On Saturday the neighbor's reactive dog was out all day, and it charged the fence barking and growling at us and our dogs everytime we went outside, so we stayed inside.Towards the bottom of the stairs there is a screw sticking out of the wall, our toddler sliced her hand open on that. Overall, this feels very slum lord, buy a cheap house, fix it up nice enough so the pictures look good, but everything was done as cheap as possible inside and is slowly falling apart.I am really surprised at all the fabulous reviews, we could have stayed in a really nice hotel for the money we spent.The good things about this place is the neighborhood felt very safe, good wifi, awesome shower, dual thermostat so the upstairs stayed cool in summer.

My family and I had a great stay in Wood Dale. It’s a well kept property in a nice neighborhood, close to conveniences like a grocery store and restaurants.We were in town for a kid’s tournament near the airport, so this was just a 10-15 min drive from there. Check in was a piece of cake, and the owner was very communicative. We had no issues and would recommend!

Excellent communication. Lovely home. AC worked well and hot water for showers. Perfect for an overnight stay to catch an early flight out of ORD. 15 mins to airport. Nice touch... wireless charger in all rooms for any phone :) Thank you for the opportunity to stay!

Comfortable Locale in Wood Dale

Great location and experience for our Chicago family get together. We defintely like to keep this property and host on short list for next visit.House was very well stocked, appliances and ameneties were very new and location was fantastic. Plenty of driveway parking and nice yard area. Neighborhood was quiet except the typical 4th of July neighboring fireworks. Ohare is close but we only heard take offs when outside.Drive into Chicago downtown was closer to 40 minutes on average but our stay was also around the holiday and the weekend Nascar event. The train station is only 4 minutes away and when our planned destinations aligned with the train it was amazing. Our host was very available for communication, we had one small item at arrival he took care of right away.
