With 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, and sleeping accommodations for up to 18 guests, including 2 luxurious master suites and several other well-appointed rooms, everyone will find their perfect retreat.

Outside, a large covered patio offers a cozy spot for gathering, playing games, or enjoying meals together. A beautiful pool with an expansive deck, complete with a grilling area, invites relaxation and fun in the sun.

Parking is convenient with space for 3 vehicles—one in the garage and two in the driveway (please, no parking in the front yard). Access to the garage is provided from inside the house for added ease and security.

Great Stay at Blue Mermaid

My friends and I had a really great time at this property. The pool was very convenient but we were also a 5 minute walk from the beach. Lovely place!

Excellent property

We were in town for our girls basketball team. They always play in a tournament following the Christmas holidays. Several of the parents stayed together and this was a wonderful place. It was close to many restaurants and the gyms we played at. The house was nicely decorated, beds comfy, bathrooms clean and all accommodations were suitable for long term stays. We will be back. Also, the property management staff is very quick to respond to questions and needs.

Hunted house

So the house over all is pretty in a nice location, but we started to notice weird things going on inside and outside the house. So at night the Living room t.v would turn on on its own and despite the number of times we turned it off it would come back on so we ended up unplugging it. The next day one of the bedroom TV started doing the same. Then we got a call from management company stated the neighbors called to complain that we were tossing trash over to there side but the thing is that we weren’t home most of the time as we were at the beach and the day they complained we weren’t even home all day…..to make things worse on the last day my sister in law wake up to a message on her mirror.

My family (total of 15) came in for my daughter’s high school graduation. The house was perfect! Two bedrooms on the first floor for my parents & in-laws-again, perfect! There was enough space for us to lounge & hang out together. Loved the back yard w/pool & hot tub. Just loved it. We’d like to come back next summer!

Blue Mermaid

Beautiful home, wonderful amenities and close to the beach! We enjoyed our stay tremendously. There were a few issues with the check in process- we didn't receive any welcome paperwork or the code to the house. We did speak with a representative from RealJoy who got us into the property but it might have been nice to receive information about the house like trash schedule, garage code, wifi password. We had a few issues with the heat of the pool, the hot tub and the outdoor television but the property managers were very communicative and came to our aid. Overall we had a WONDERFUL stay and would absolutely stay there again!!!
