Studio located on the 1st floor, above the owners' house, with independent entrance via an external staircase leading to a terrace. 1st floor: studio with kitchenette and sleeping area, 1 bathroom with WC (shower). Terrace. Parking space in front of the cottage. Floor area: 40m². Sheets, bed linen, and cleaning included, with bed made on arrival. This charming studio, located above the owners' house, offers a comfortable sleeping area and a fully equipped kitchen. South-facing terrace, with a breathtaking view of the Revard mountains. Cozy and warm interior is ideal for a stay for two, combining tranquility and comfort. Comfortable studio located on the heights of Aix-les-Bains, at the foot of the Revard cliffs. Only 15 km from the Savoie Grand Revard resort, 34 km from Aillons Margeriaz, and 8 km from the famous spa town of Aix-les-Bains. First beach of Lake Bourget 11 km away. Shops and services in the center of Aix les Bains. Hiking and mountain biking trails nearby.
