The deck also include a barbecue grill for outdoor dining with spectacular ocean views. Inside you'll find a newly update Kitchen fully equiped with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. For your convience we supply Beach towels, Beach chairs, and all the essentials for a fun, relaxing, vacation. Enjoy the convenience washer and dryer on site, self-check-in, ample Parking, easy acces to NSB's excellent local dining, shopping, and attractions. Bring your furry family members too-we are pet-freindly ( pet fee must be applied). We really enjoyed our stay. Having access to the beach is great, the house is very clean, we didn’t do much cooking but if you did the kitchen has everything. The host is kind, very easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to come back

This house was amazing and had the perfect location & view! Our group enjoyed watching the sunrise each day and walking the beach in the evening! The outdoor porch was comfortable and inside was cozy & nice! They also had an outdoor shower which was much appreciated to clean off from the beach! We will certainly be back! Loved seeing the house turtle who roamed all down the street and in the yard we felt his luck with us!

Perfect location and not next to noisy road. Near Publix and restaurants. The house is well stocked with necessities such as laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, soap, shampoo, towels for beach and showers, umbrella and chairs…and much more. Laura is a great host. I was told when the house was ready to check in. She checked in us the day of arrival and during our stay. Can’t get better than this.

We come to New Smyrna Beach every year, but this was by far our best trip yet thanks to this amazing house. Being right on the beach for our toddler while also having a yard for our dog to play was a dream. We barely even went down to the beach because the deck was such a perfect place to spend the day.I’m usually a little anxious arriving at rentals, wondering if the pictures will match reality, but this home exceeded expectations. It was updated, very clean, and made for an unforgettable family vacation.
