About this property

Character villa with large swimming pool in a peaceful setting 5 minutes from amenities

We offer for rent a beautiful and vast property including a fully equipped Périgord period house with its fenced swimming pool, petanque court and billiards. The ideal setting to spend a few days with family or friends in the great outdoors! Our Villa has a capacity of 12 to 15 travellers. All shops and facilities are within a 5-minute drive.

We are market gardeners and live close to the villa! If you feel like it, we will be delighted to show you our farm and offer you our vegetable baskets directly from the field to the plate!

All shops (bakery, butcher, supermarkets, organic shop, market...) are within a 5-minute drive of the villa.

We are 10 minutes from Lake Clarens offering water and fun activities for young and old (tree climbing, equestrian centre, Centre park...), the thermal baths of Casteljaloux offering spas, hammam, sauna, whirlpools, massages.... or a golf course and a casino.

We are 80km from the Arcachon basin to enjoy a day trip to the ocean and 15 minutes from the Garonne Canal for a short walk, bike or boat ride.

The Lot et Garonne is a gastronomic and wine-growing territory to discover through its many vineyards, producers and craftsmen, we will be delighted to advise you on the visits to do!
