Host was very helpful. He personally showed up the morning after a windstorm to clean up the yard and pool for our use. Excellent communication. House in great shape. Only negative is traffic noise from highway behind property.

The house was in a great location, everything exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Arsen was a great host and clearly communicated what was expected. He came out same day to turn on the hot tub for us as well. I would definitely stay here again .

Great house...roomy both inside & out. Enjoyed hanging out, shooting pool & using Jacuzzi. Arsen went above & beyond to ensure we were enjoying. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give Arsen 10 stars

Arsen was an amazing host. His communication is superb and he is a lovely, friendly guy. The house is huge, comfortable and perfect for accessing all that Vegas has to offer - that's if you can tear yourself away from all that is on offer in the back yard! We stayed for 5 weeks and would have happily stayed longer. Can't recommend highly enough 😊
