Seal Beach STR Permit # STR2025-1 Promotion: Surf is up, Berm is up and Rates are Down. January through April, $50 a night discount. Classic beachfront home with stunning sunset views. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil seaside town with all amenities within a short distance. You will have access to full kitchen and open concept living area. Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, perfect for up to 4 guests. This home shares a main entrance with the upstairs unit, but is thereafter a private oasis. Seal Beach is 30 minutes to Disneyland and Knott's, 7 miles to Aquarium of the Pacific. PLEASE READ: From Thanksgiving Until Easter (Changes every year) there is a Berm on the beach in front of the house. (Please check all the photos attached) Contact Don Cavanaugh after approval/booking. one of the few small town beach communities left. Walk into town, main Street. Shop, Food or take a walk on the pier. Walk, it's the best. We have a couple beach bikes if your interested. PLEASE READ: From Thanksgiving Until Easter (Changes every year) there is a Berm on the beach in front of the house.
