Our building is currently undergoing a complete renovation, which is why we offered a significant discount of almost $200 per night on the nightly rate. We provided a 20-item spice rack which included salt and pepper located in pantry. When we received a complaint about the internet, we promptly addressed the issue in minutes with a quick phone discussion on the first day of the stay. We had the renter switch to a different WIFI network, which immediately resolved the problem. Additionally, we tested the internet speed and confirmed it to be at 500 Mbps. During the winter months, the city constructs a sand berm to protect against winter storms, which is typically removed before summer. The beach is cleaned daily by sand-filtering tractors, and any remnants are usually washed up from the sea, as is common with most beaches after a storm. We feel genuinely sorry that this renter did not have the experience they were hoping for, especially considering the price point was well below market value. We also accommodated their requests for early arrival and late checkout, both of which were granted without hesitation.
