A loggia of 8 m2 exposed to the west and equipped with furniture invites you to take your meals and relax in peace. Its windows allow you to enjoy it no matter how long.The apartment, completely tastefully renovated recently, features a contemporary and sleek décor as well as numerous storage spaces. The apartment is equipped with Internet and WIFI. Parking is easy on nearby streets. Its location is ideal: the beach is at the end of the street (350 m), a grocery store (CarrefourMarket) is only 170 m away and the municipal market is 10-12 minutes walk away.White linen is not provided, but you can rent it
