The newly remodeled and unique Lazy Bear Yellow condo is centrally located less than 5 minutes from Kings Beach and North Star Resort, 10 minutes from Diamond Peak and only 15 minutes from Incline Village and Squaw Valley Resort. The condo offers Pool, Spa, Sauna, Game Room, modern open layout & multiple sleeping options, including Queen bunk beds, QUEEN sleeper sofa & Singe foldout chair-bed in living room, full size kitchen, new modern bathroom & spacious patio.

Feel free to park at any available spot between building #1 and building #2. Please make sure to not block any of our neighbors cars during your stay!
Please don't park in the small parking lot behind the building, this is only intended for home owners.

By booking with us, you agree to these terms and ensure compliance throughout your stay. Violation of any rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund.

A lovely, well appointed and decorated condo. Perfect for a ski vacay near (8 min drive) to Northstar. A~2-3 min drive into town center for groceries. The local property mgr, Stefan, was easy to communicate with and responsive. The queen bed in the loft was comfy; the pullout sofa, not so much. Twin beds in the small room is cute for little kids, could be a little claustrophobic for adults, older teens. One nit: the property fee in addition to the room rate seemed high. We would gladly stay again!

Beautiful Condo itself - complex/building a bit run down

Host, Teya, has a nicely modernized small, cozy Condo unit in building complex needing some overall updating. Generous kitchen and bathroom amenities were provided (nice touch). The complex location is situated uphill from Kings beach and about 15-20 min drive from Northstar Resort (depending upon traffic and road conditions). Host communication was robust, but check in door code was provided only about 1-2 hours prior to arrival (slightly stressful) and unclear why laundry room code needed to be restricted. Overall good value, especially if you are lookin for full kitchen amenities for preparing your own meals.

The exclusive luxury corporate vacation home is in close proximity to all the fun things you can enjoy outside like road & mountain biking in Lake Tahoe area, Folsom & Auburn area, ski & snowboard in Northstar, Squaw Valley & Heavenly ski resorts, paddle boarding on the American River & Lake Tahoe, windsurfing & kite surfing in Rio Vista or the Bay Area, wakeboarding in Wake Island - all located within short drive. Our guests enjoy visiting Tahoe area, Reno, Lodi, Napa & Sonoma Valley for some world class wine tasting. We have mountains on one side and Ocean on the other side and that makes this area even more desirable for all the outdoor enthusiast.

What makes this property unique

Within just a few minutes of the condo, you can enjoy countless recreational activities. Just down the road, Kings Beach State Park offers paddleboard, kayak, and Jet Ski rentals and is within walking distance to an abundance of great dining and local shops. Not into water sports? The immediate area boasts an incredible amount of hiking a biking trails for endless adventure. In the winter, you are just 5 minutes away from Northstar Resort, 10 minutes from Diamond Peak, and 15 minutes from Squaw Valley Resort. During the evening, enjoy live music or try your luck at any of the great casino resorts just a short 5 minutes drive.
