Friendly holiday home close to the beach Casa Sol is a friendly holiday home (semi-detached) situated near the beach of of the privideged residential area of Conil-Fuente del Gallo. It has an air-conditioned, open plan living room with dining area, two bedrooms with double beds and two shower rooms. The separate new kitchen is well equipped. There are two terraces at the house so whatever daytime or season; you will find the right place. The beach is only a two minute stroll away. Several restaurants and a well as a well-stocked supermarket are within walking distance.

There is a small but well-stocked supermarket as well as a restaurant with a tapa bar and a shaded garden. The charming fishing town of Conil is a 5 minute drive away.

La cada está totalmente equipada y muy cerca de la playa. Tiene un pequeño jardín delantero y una tterraza trasera. Está muy bien pero para no tener piscina ni aparcamiento me parece caro. Anduve tarde buscando en la zona y lo cogí porque quedaba mucho libre.

Estimada Sabrina, gracias por su comentario. Le aseguro que el precio para agosto para una casa en esta situacion y con este equipamiento no es caro pero es un precio muy razonable. Como alquilaste por Airbnb, la comision de ellos es de unos 15%, asi que para la proxima vez, puedes alquiilar directamente con nosotros y sale más barato. Un saludo, Dagmar

Eine schöne Zeit in der Casa Sil

Die Nähe zum Strand Fuente del Gallo ist wunderbar, die Wohnung für 4 Personen ideal. Ausstattung ist komplett, bei Fragen stehen die Eigentümer gern zur Verfügung. Insgesamt für uns eine sehr positive Bewertung.

Gute Lage und gute A...

Gute Lage und gute Ausstattung. Waren von Ende August bis Ende September 2019 dort. Haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Würden jederzeit die Casa Sol als Ferienhaus wählen. Für Lärmempfindliche könnte allerdings der Straßenverkehr störend sein.

Hallo Herr Lehnen, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen die Casa Sol so gut gefallen hat. Außerhalb der Hochsaison, die von Juli bis bis Anfang September dauert, ist auch wesentlich weniger Verkehr. Der Stadtteil Fuente del Gallo ist eine Wohnsiedlung und keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Herzliche Grüße und hoffentlich bis bald einmal wieder hier bei uns in Conil.
