Nice A/C studio - near Promenade des Anglais

We open the doors of our pretty air-conditioned pied-à-terre just a stone's throw from the sea and the emblematic Promenade des Anglais.



The apartment is located on the first floor of a building in Nice without an elevator.



The studio is composed as follows, you will enter directly into the large living room where you will find:



- On the right a sleeping area with a standard size double bed (140x190), a wardrobe & a desk, the sleeping area is delimited by wooden battens

- In front of you is the living room with a dining area (table & chairs), an open equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle), & the lounge area with sofa, Smart TV & connection Free WiFi

- Then the bathroom is located to the left of the kitchen separated by a door, it includes a walk-in shower, a vanity unit & a toilet.



The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. It is also 5 minutes from the Alsace-Lorraine tram station, this is line 2 of the tram which connects the airport and the Port of Nice. During your stay, you will therefore be able to move around easily to explore the pretty, colorful streets of our city.



Bed and bath linen are provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).



The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
