This modern newly renovated one bedroom loft features hardwood floors, a large eat-in kitchen, brand new stainless steel appliances, a fully tiled bathroom and shower surround, a spacious bedroom and a large living room area with a modern open floor plan. The loft is perfectly nestled in the heart of Downtown Rochester. Take a moment to enjoy breathtaking views of the skyline and partake in city living at its best. The listing is walking distance to several coffee shops, restaurants, parks and entertainment including Geva Theatre, The Genesee River Way Trail, Side Bar, The Blue Cross Arena and so much more.
Guest access
Upon arrival you’ll be given a key and a fob to access the building. Firstly, enter the main red door using the fob. After entry the loft (#1) will be at the top of the first flight of stairs to the
left. You’ll then use the key to enter the space. Upon check-out both the fob and key are to be left on the kitchen counter inside the unit.
Other things to note
To enhance your movie experience the listing includes a popcorn machine. Feel free to indulge, I’ve included a variety of popcorn flavors for your enjoyment. There is also a bowl of complimentary candy available.

Tea and coffee options are located in the cabinet above the Keurig

Instructions for the projector is provided in house instructions. You are able to stream your own movies from your streaming accounts on the projector for the movie experience. Have fun
