Located in the heart of the historic city, this spacious house is an integral part of the former Cordeliers convent dating from the fifteenth century.

It houses the only sacristy of the convent, the covering of which takes the form of a double groin vault supported by three transverse arches, as well as a dressed stone arcade that opened onto the nave. This house has been meticulously restored to preserve its authentic character while offering modern comforts, careful decoration and all the necessary equipment.

The place is a real haven of peace and yet, a few steps away, you will find the market, shops, restaurants, antique dealers, cinema and museums, you will have everything at your fingertips.

With a capacity of 10 people, the house is composed as follows:

- Private spaces -

• Vaulted bedroom (former sacristy) in R+1: king size bed (180x200), bathroom open to the bedroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub and a sink, as well as a separate and private toilet.

• Arche bedroom (decorated by a dressed stone archway) in R+1: king size bed (180x200), bathroom adjoining the bedroom with a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

• Column bedroom (decorated by the ashlar pillars of the arcade) on the ground floor: king size bed (180x200), bathroom adjoining the bedroom with an Italian shower, a washbasin and a toilet.


2 bedrooms:

• Carillon room in R+1: 2 single beds (90x200)
• Bell tower room in R+1: 2 single beds (90x200)

Its rooms are adjoining a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a balcony.

- Common areas -

• A large living room,
• A bright dining area in front of a large bay window overlooking the pool,
• A modern equipped kitchen (multifunction oven, microwave oven, induction hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, crockery, kitchen equipment...)

• a 3x5m heated swimming pool, on request, from April 1st to October 30th, with a salt treatment for irritation-free and odorless swimming, secured by an alarm,

An R+1 terrace overlooking the church tower allowing you to relax in the sun on the deckchairs and deckchairs provided.

• Linen provided: sheets, towels and tea towels. Pool towels are not provided.
(Important: It is forbidden to use towels for the pool, in which case you will be charged for laundry in addition to the cleaning fees mentioned on the platform).

• Baby equipment available on request: baby bath, changing table, high chair, travel cot.

The house is located in the heart of the city centre.

We offer the private garage of the house under certain conditions and on request.

City car parks:

A 150 m walk from the house, parking can be done in 3 public car parks: Portalet, Escargot and Mourna (free from 7 pm to 8:00 am).
500 m walk from the house, parking can be done in the free public car park of the Stadium.
You will find other public car parks in the city or free spaces on the avenues outside the city centre (for example Avenue Léon Reboul 300 m walk).
