You won't find a better location at Kuilima. Our lovely ground floor unit is on the desirable 'East Side', right at the 18th hole. Out of the 330 condos here at Turtle Bay Kuilima, our condo is set closest to the beach, so we know you will find the location to be ideal.

Turtle Bay Resort is just a 2 minute walk. There you will find the perfect kid friendly beach for swimming and snorkeling all year round, even when the waves are huge here on the North Shore. A favorite for many is to watch the sunset at the resort, as there is a really great surf break right in front of the bar. Enjoy a cocktail and Pu Pu's while watching surfers catch perfect waves as the sunsets. This is a true Hawaiian experience in every way.

We also have miles of hiking trails, horseback riding, scooter/bike rentals, helicopter rides, kayaking, surf lessons, tide pools, fruit stands, shrimp farms, surf competitions at Banzai Pipeline, and seven miles of the worlds best surfing beaches.

What a great quiet week we had here after spending a week in Waikiki. Nice beach and bar/restaurant in walking distance. A great base for exploring the north shore area. The condo worked perfect for our needs.

The location is convenient and the dedicated parking spot was appreciated. The apartment is fully furnished, and Beverly was very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with.The unit is very dated and not modern. Furniture is old and worn, with a noticeable musty smell. There is no air conditioning—only fans—which was uncomfortable. The bathtub was very old and looked unclean, the TV did not work properly, and lighting was dim with no overhead lights, lamps only. The listing photos were misleading and made the space appear more updated than it is.

This is an excellent location on the North Shore. The residence was clean and quiet, and I appreciate quiet. For the 2 of us there was plenty of space. We really enjoyed the proximity to the Ritz resort. There was a lot to process when we arrived to get into the VRBO. Overall I would recommend.

North Shore Condo Was A Great Location

Access to this condo was very easy. The condo was fully furnished and clean. The location was great. We were able to walk to the Turtle Bay resort which is beautiful. You should recommend the Lei Lei restaurant in your description also within walking distance. Other than the unit being a little outdated it was a perfect place to stay.

The property was lovely and very clean and neat. There was attention to detail and the owner's mother greeted us upon our arrival. Everything was labeled and detailed as to what switches matched up with devices and appliances. I would recommend that they might think about purchasing a new toilet handle as it was difficult to utilize the one that was there. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Why they chose this property

We spent long weekends and holidays at Turtle Bay Resort (then known as Kuilima)in the early 70's. This was our 'Outer Island' without the expense and hassle of flying to the neighbor islands. When it became possible to purchase a Condo, we jumped at the chance. We had tennis and golf plus the unspoiled Hawaii that we dream of. Remarkably, it hasn't changed much!

What makes this property unique

Natural beauty. Old Hawaii with modern luxury. Hidden beaches. Bird Sanctuaries. Ocean breezes off the point keep us cool year round. 24 hour security guard for peace of mind.
