Legal Rental - Green Turtle Hideaway-Sleeps 4

Aloha and thank you for considering the Green Turtle Hideaway for your stay on Oahu's North Shore. This recently updated and nicely furnished one bedroom unit is located within the Turtle Bay Resort complex on the beautiful grounds of Kuilima Estates West. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet, usually a lovely breeze from the tropical trade winds, all while being only minutes from the famous North Shore beaches and all the amenities the Resort and the North Shore have to offer.

Our condo is ground level, adjoining the third hole of the Fazio Golf Course. The bedroom features a queen size bed, a separate air conditioning unit and an HDTV.
In the living room our sofa converts to a queen size bed.

The adjacent bath is inviting and is furnished with an up-to-date vanity, toilet, and combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors. The bath is well ventilated with a quiet ceiling exhaust fan. There is a washer/dryer combination unit between the bedroom and bathroom that is adequate for all your laundry needs. There is an abundance of bed and bath items in an adjacent closet.

The kitchen features all modern appliances, and is fully stocked with all the utensils and tableware needed for preparing a snack or full course meal. A dining table with seating for four is adjacent to the kitchen counter and serving area. The living room is air conditioned or can be opened to the Lanai, which most prefer. There is a 42 inch flat screen HDTV and a DVD player. We have a HP all in one computer, with Windows 10 Microsoft edge operating system, and an HP color printer. There is also a wireless router for the high speed Internet available for your laptop and tablet, if you choose. For your morning coffee or your nitecap, the Lanai is just beyond the living room. Patio tables and chair are furnished, and lawn chairs are available for sunning and reading just off the Lanai. The condo comes with initial essential supplies (2 rolls toilet paper/bathroom, paper towel, hand soap, dishwasher pods, dish soap and sponge) just enough to get you started.

Upon arrival you will be furnished with a fob to provide easy entry into the gated community. You will have a designated parking space just steps from the condo front door. A key box contains the house and the entry fob is located on the front screen door, with an access code you will be provided.. Both the condo entry and the Lanai have motion detected night lights to ease your entrance after dusk.

Once settled in the condo, you can get out and explore the grounds. You can walk for miles along the beach without leaving the resort. Sightings of Green Turtles, feeding just offshore or sleeping on the beach are common. Monk Seals sunning on the beach are even more common. Although these sightings are not an everyday occurrence. Riding stables with escorted tours of the oceanfront are just a short walk away across the golf course. Our development neighbor's Turtle Bay Resort which has multiple restaurants, shopping and beaches (which are open to the public). Please note that the resort pools are for hotel guests only. We are a separate development from Turtle Bay Resort. We have 3 pools and tennis courts for your use. You should also drive the North Shore Kam highway from near Kaena Point in the West to Waialua on the East Coast and enjoy the beautiful scenery and attractions available along the way.
