House ideally located 200m from the ocean and 5 minutes from the village of Montalivet les Bains. This accommodation located on a 500m² garden and very well equipped consists of a veranda, two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 separate single beds), a kitchen area, a living/dining room, a separate toilet, a bathroom. House equipped to receive children. The place is peaceful at the end of a dead end. Everything is within walking distance: the beach, the restaurants, the market...The location is ideal for family vacations. Parking reserved for tenants. Deposit to be paid on site.
