This two-level, 2,085-square-foot home is ideally located within walking distance of the town green, the farmers market, and the central district of this wine country town. You'll also be a quick drive from Healdsburg, Santa Rosa, and countless wineries in the Alexander, Sonoma, Russian River, and Napa Valleys.
Built in 1910, this home has been thoughtfully remodeled in a contemporary style while preserving its unique, historical details. Enter by way of a classic, wraparound front porch into an entry room full of gorgeous woodwork and large windows that welcome in the natural light. Whether you want to have a family board game night, play a game of foosball, or simply enjoy a vacation read, the entry room offers plenty of space for socializing and relaxing. Take a few more steps inside and open a bottle of local wine at the wet bar, light the gas fireplace, and catch up with friends and family in the living area.
The well-equipped, full kitchen is open and elegant, offering sleek appliances (including a French door refrigerator, gas stove, and dishwasher), a breakfast bar, and a large dining table with seating for up to eight guests. Just beyond the French doors is the expansive back patio with a vintage outdoor bar adorned with LED string lights and a built-in gas firepit where you can cozy up at sunset and share stories of the day's excursions. More fun awaits with the provided cornhole set and dartboard.
On the main level, you'll find two guest bedrooms. Boasting ample natural light and plenty of space, the first bedroom features a king bed and a workstation. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a workstation, and outdoor access. The main level also includes a cozy office with a double bed and a large desk with two chairs where you can quietly log onto the free WiFi for remote work or schooling. A private laundry room provides added convenience.
The light-filled primary suite is upstairs on its own, offering a queen bed, a desk and chair, and a walk-in closet. The primary suite's private bathroom is equipped with a massage system that includes body jets.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
