About this property

Vacation apartment dat Huus ant Möhln 1, right next to the old mill.

This apartment is modern and cozy over two floors. The kitchen is new and offers everything you need to cook together. The large living, dining and cooking area leaves plenty of space for cozy hours.
A bathroom with shower is on the ground floor.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with two beds. In two rooms there are two comfortable armchairs, in the third room there is space for the cot.
On this floor there is a guest toilet with washing machine.

Unfortunately there is no direct access to the large fenced garden / terrace, you have to walk a few meters around the house.

The apartment can accommodate 7 people plus toddler, high chair and stair gate.

In the house there is a second apartment for 6 people + toddler

Surroundings:
Neßmersiel is a state-recognized North Sea seaside resort. Here you can find peace and relaxation away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle.

For vacationers there is a large beach with beach chairs and play equipment. From here you have a breathtaking view to the islands of Baltrum and Norderney.

There is a designated dog beach for dog lovers.

Neßmersiel is the gateway to the Wadden Sea World Heritage.
Here you will also find the Sturmfrei holiday and wellness center.

Betten bereits bezogen und alles sauber. Sehr gute Lage in viele Richtungen. Alles gut zu erreichen. Der Hundestrand Neßmersiel nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht.

Sehr schöne und helle Wohnung die nichts vermissen lässt. Leider ist der Zugang zur Terrasse doch ziemlich umständlich, sodass wir diese (auch aufgrund des Wetters) nicht genutzt haben.

Schöne Wohnung

.......mit allem was man brauch. Ferneher, sogar Netlix, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine. Ausreichende Küchenausstattung. In der Wohnungsbeschreibung 2 Badezimmer..........leider entpuppte sich eins nur als WC. War aber in Ordnung. Um zur Terrasse zu kommen musste man um das Haus rumgehen. Trotzdem Terrasse und Garten sehr schön. Der Knackpunkt aber war die Lage, wenn wir das vorher gewusst hätten, hätten wir garantiert diese Wohnung nicht gebucht. Das Haus (2 Wohnungen) liegt an der Hauptdurchgangsstrasse direkt gegenüber einer Tankstelle mit 24 Std Service, einem Fahrradverleih und einer Schlosserei. Tag und Nacht Beschallung! Kinder mit dem Fahrrad alleine raus........geht nicht!!!!! Mit nicht gemässigtem Tempo kamen die Urlauber und Einheimischen "angesaust". Wir würden uns nicht mehr für diese, doch sehr schöne , Wohnung entscheiden !!!!! Ist mit Kindern zu gefährlich!

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist super schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt hier nichts. Man kann sich direkt von Anfang an Wohlfühlen. Man erreicht alles fußläufig und für Kleinkinder ist der Ort Neßmersiel echt perfekt.

Trotz schlechtem Wetter konnten wir entschleunigen.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Großer Garten, der von zwei Parteien genutzt werden kann. Für Hunde und Kinder ideal zum Toben. Matratzen, was für mich wichtig ist, sind super und nicht durchgelegen. Vom starken und temporeichen Durchgangsverkehr bekommt man nichts mit. Haus ist gepflegt und alles da, was man braucht.

Familienfreundlich

Uns hat es sehr gut in Neßmersiel gefallen. Das Haus war groß genug und liebevoll eingerichtet. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass das Haus direkt an der Durchgangsstraße liegt. Ansonsten kann man es weiterempfehlen.

Wohnung war gut

Reibungsloser Ablauf, alles professionell. Gute Ausstattung und Zimmercomfort. Außerdem ein toller Garten mit viel Kinderfreundlichkeit. Nervig waren jedoch die Hundehaare, die vom Vormieter noch in der Wohnung waren. Diese waren überall. Auf dem Teppich, unter den Sofas usw. Für Allergiker auf gar keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Als wir dann selbst saugen wollten, war der Staubsaugerbeutel schon extrem voll und hat uns erst mal die Wohnung vollgestunken. Das geht so nicht. Ebenso waren die Gläser nicht alle sauber und die Pfannen waren z.T. stark zerkratzt (das ist mit Teflon gesundheitsschädlich!). Es wird viel von den Mietern verlangt an Reinigung zu übernehmen, aber kontrolliert und ggf. nachgereinigt wird nur sehr unzureichend. Schade, wirklich ein Schandfleck am sonst tollen Gebäude und der Umgebung.

Wohlfühlurlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung in der es wirklich an nichts fehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sogar das Wetter hat dieses Jahr mitgespielt so dass wir auch die schöne Terrasse ausgiebig nutzen konnten und hoffen das wir auch nächstes Jahr hier unseren Urlaub verbringen können.
