Feel like home away from home in this quiet and roomy 4 bedroom, 3 bath home close to UGA Campus, Downtown, Restaurants, and the UGA Football Stadium with very easy access to the 10 Loop...Brand New Furniture in a less than 15 year old house that was built by a family for a family!

The space
The home was built in the late 2000s by a family for a family, and we acquired it from them recently. The home is in amazing condition, contrary to many homes in athens that are old and worn down from decades of college student living. We have suited this VRBO for guests who want to feel like home away from away, with stylish decor and brand new furniture. The home is also located in a fantastic location, a short dive or Uber to downtown, UGA, or the stadium and restaurants, and very walkable on gamedays...

There is a driveway with parking for two cars and plentiful free street parking. The driveway is monitored by a ring security flood light camera.

Family Weekend

This property is close to everything. The owner was very helpful and was quick to respond. The beds were super comfortable! We will definitely look to stay here again.
