We did a Mother-Daughter trip. We gave the girls the master and it worked out great. Beach right across the street…had to Uber for nightlife but otherwise Perfect location for tanning!

Best Florida Vacation Ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this unit for the week and loved every minute. The unit was very spacious. Three bedrooms, each having their own bathroom which made life so easy. My daughter and her husband and two small children occupied the large room. Then my son and his wife and daughter occupied the bedroom on the top floor which worked good for them with the sofa bed. And I took the other bedroom. Lots of privacy if needed. And the elevator came in so handy with the luggage and groceries.This unit came with many amenities such as beach toys, pack n play, high chair, children gates for the stairs, beach chairs and beach wagon.Caddy's was across the street and lots of fun. Love their speciality drinks.The beach was so easy to get to (right across the street).The roof top of this place made it so nice to watch the sun set and take in the view of the ocean.I would strongly recommend this place to anyone. And NextHome Beach Time Realty is great to work with. They always responded to any emails quickly, even on the weekends. I would highly recommend the Sunset Dolphin Cruise out of John's Pass. They did a great job and were so friendly and informational on the area and dolphins.

You can walk to all the restaurants and bars on Treasure Island, or stay on Sunset Beach the entire time. The house is beautiful! Everything was clean and comfortable. We hope to come back!

Beach fun!

Family of 6 - ages ranged from 82 to 1. Walked to the beach with three children ages 1 to 5. First time for them to see sand and ocean. So excited! St. Petersburg Pier was amazing and the view was beautiful! Great time was had by all!
