Classic Carefree living. Private and quiet 1.7 Acre property with plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy beautiful views of the Boulders and Black Mountain. Spacious indoor and outdoor escapes are ideal for relaxation. Near many Carefree and Cave Creek restaurants, shopping, golf, hiking, and more.

Kitchen is well appointed and ready for stay in dining and enjoyment. Microwave, oven, large refrigerator / freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, 5 burner cooktop.

Kitchen dining seats 4 to 6 comfortably

Spacious master suite complimented by comfortable private sitting room with desk and entertainment.

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful Carefree home, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. The house was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect—close enough to local attractions and amenities, yet just far enough to offer peace and quiet. We especially loved perfectly landscaped and spacious backyard and patio area, which became our favorite spot to relax with family and friends. Cathy and Jeff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful. We truly felt like valued guests throughout our entire visit.We highly recommend this house. It exceeded all our expectations and provided the perfect setting for a wonderful vacation. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely be booking this property again!

Awesome accommodations!!

The house and views here amazing!! The pool and hot tub and outdoor space were so awesome. The location was perfect, close to everything you need. She accommodations were so perfect!! Jeff was so responsive to any question I had. We already booked our next stay!!

Carefree Stay

Our stay in Jeff’s home was amazing! Our flight was delayed several hours and he met us at the home at 1:00 am to review the amenities and show us how to operate the pool and spa-he is a great host! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to everything Carefree/Cave Creek has to offer. We hope to return soon!

Wow!

We had an amazing stay in Carefree, Arizona! The home was beautiful with breathtaking views and stunning sunsets. We spent time in the pool and spa, enjoyed our morning coffee while watching pheasants and even spotted some javelinas. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the town of Carefree was full of charm—brunch at Local Johnny’s was delicious, and we loved exploring the local shops. 10/10, would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful Home and a Responsive Host

We had a WONDERFUL two weeks in Carefree! Jeff was a gracious host, always responsive including turning on the hot tub if we were away from the house! Its a magical place and we can't wait to come back.

We had a great stay in this lovely home. The landscape and views are amazing. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions. The home was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen is well set up for preparing meals. Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this home.

Jeff was a great host and had the house in perfect order. It is a cool place too as it’s long and sweeping views from front or back just set a mood. We had some typical minor maintenance stuff come up during our stay and Jeff was immediately on it! Highly recommended this cool house in a cool area, hosted by an attentive owner.
