Your spacious suite is just a few blocks off of Hwy 98, the pathway between Pensacola Beach & downtown Pensacola nightlife. Spend the day in the warm soft sand, shower, nap and enjoy a sunset dinner at a local restaurant or book a sunset ferry cruise and be the star in your wonderful vacation memories.

The suite boasts a king memory foam bed with a cooling gel topper, 70" Samsung TV with Roku, speedy internet hard wire & WIFI, desk with a cushy desk chair and additional seats, kitchenette with a full fridge, Keurig, microwave & toaster plus a single burner with dishes & pans, and a huge bathroom with double separate counters & sinks, shower, and enclosed toilet room.

Use the window air conditioner for adjusting the temp if you prefer the temperature cooler than the central air.

Things guests appreciate here: A private and separate entrance, starter coffee pods, bluetooth bathroom fan, suite guidebook and guest book, one designated parking space, use of beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels.

Check out the app: "Visit Pensacola" to find the cool events we have in the area. Every Tuesday night is Bands on the Beach at Casino Beach. One of the local fav's is Gallery Night every 3rd Friday, & multiple food fests.

Motion floodlight with cameras & sound recordings are located on each exterior corner of the house as well as ring doorbell cameras with sound & video are at each entrance. Video or live feed is only accessed by the homeowner if there is a safety issue/booking concern.

Great guest suite!

This space was perfect for me as a solo traveler. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe even at night by myself. The suite is very spacious, with a nice sized bathroom and comfy bed. The location is great too, being between downtown and the beach makes everything very easy to get to.

Anniversary Trip

This was wonderful. We had to “stay in” a bit more than we hoped for, due to a lot of rain, but it was spacious and comfortable. Huge TV for watching movies on the rainy days. Loved the beach gear. Great suite!

I vacationed here on the beach about 20 years ago with my family & fell in love with the warm water, white sand, and intracoastal waterway. I spent several years living on the beach with my kids but found that I prefer the calm, quiet & beautiful neighborhood in Gulf Breeze where there are parks, walking paths, stops, restaurants, trees, and birds. Gulf Breeze is perfectly nestled between downtown Pensacola and Pensacola Beach each are a bridge away! Just a couple blocks away you'll find conveniences such as large grocery stores, a great hospital, and lots of restaurants. It's also a great area for a walk, with a new path to jog, or bike ride, with many parks and waterways. Walk to the dead end (one lot over) and you'll see the 3-mile bridge-but stay on the street-it's my neighbor's private property. You may or may not see us around doing work, we stay pretty busy.

It's only 7 min to the beach and 10 min to downtown. You'll love this location with all the conveniences & choices available! Stores, restaurants, beach & downtown...it's the perfect mix!
