A modern 1-bedroom upstairs cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including free parking, high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, and on-site W/D. The updated interior offers a spacious living area, well-stocked kitchen, and comfy bedroom. Please note: there is a long-term tenant in the downstairs unit, ensuring a quiet and peaceful atmosphere throughout your stay.

The world's whitest beaches are only 12 minutes away, perfect for fun in the sun, swimming, or a sunset stroll. Adjacent to Old East Hill. Just 2 blocks away is the Historic Coffee Cup restaurant. We are also within walking distance to a lot of local finds and PUBLIX.
