Safety is our highest concern! That’s why, though we’ve slashed nightly prices to pennies on the dollar during this COVID-19 pandemic, we have a cleaning fee of $99 because that’s the cost for a DEEP CLEANING. Trust me, cheapest prices should not be our main factor at the moment- health and safety should be :) We have a professional cleaning company with a part-time nurse on staff who ensures that we clean and sterilize the entire home to hospital sanitized standards.

Just 2 short blocks from the INNER HARBOR waterfront, you won't find a closer location this beautiful and convenient for the price! Minutes walk from M&T stadium, Camden Yards, Royal Farms Arena, Horseshoe Casino, Convention Center, museums, amazing restaurants, nightlife, and more!
The cozy space is a newly renovated historic building turned urban luxury apartment. It’s comprised of a master bedroom with a comfy queen-sized bed for royalty and an en-suite bathroom with a fully tiled shower. We also have a stylish and comfortable queen sofa bed located in the open concept living area framed with exposed brick, open floor plan, original hardwood, and large windows that provide character and beautiful natural light, while the stainless kitchen gives a modern twist.

Developed from a restored warehouse, this space offers urban luxury green-living, wrapped in historic charm. Keyless building entry, and for the environmentally conscious - there are high-efficiency AC /heating units so you can stay at your home-away-from-home comfortably while remaining environmentally friendly. Our cozy crib is located at the center of the bus lines, the free Charm City Circulator Bus that's going to all major attractions downtown and minutes from Penn station so you don’t waste a second getting to where you need to go. We also provide a free UBER coupon for first-time users.

Since this is a renovated warehouse with green living in mind, we keep energy use to a minimum. That means, NO ELEVATORS (stairs honestly not that bad but if elderly or have trouble walking, this home may not be for you). So please be mindful of turning apartment lights off when, not in use or leaving to explore the beautiful city of Baltimore.
