Welcome to Overlook Hideaway. Our home is located on a beautiful, quiet ONE WAY street. This is a private, upstairs 2bd/1ba apartment above our home, located in the beautiful neighborhood of Overlook Park. The space is furnished with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay in Portland, including AC/Heating. We are near some amazing restaurants and shops in neighborhoods like Alberta Arts District, Killingsworth Street, St. Johns and Mississippi Avenue. It's a 10 minute drive across the bridge to beautiful downtown Portland and we're also a short 8 minute drive to MODA Center if you're attending any kind of event.

Check-in was easy and the hosts are extremly friendly and responsive and really go out of their way to accommodate. The two bedroom apartment is big and comfortable and even has a great deck and outdoor table.

This property is located in a residential neighborhood that overlooks a shipyard, railway, and river. We loved the view which in addition also includes some of Portland’s bridges.There is a large park on one side and a community house on the other. The property is set up very thoughtfully with your needs anticipated. Most of what you require will be available. Really appreciated the lighting outside leading into the unit. The deck has a nice area to eat, lounge, or work. Overall it’s set up to make you feel welcome and in a home.

Treehouse Retreat in a Peaceful Neighborhood

This serene second-floor apartment feels like a hidden treehouse—quiet, sunlit, and surrounded by lush plant life. Univ Portland Graduation Weekend

This house is so cute & comfortable - exactly as pictured. We stayed her for the weekend of graduation festivities at UP and the home was surprisingly close to campus! The neighborhood is very walkable, quiet and safe. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Great Location

The property is in a great location for getting everywhere you want to go. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. That’s all you need as far as I am concerned.

Beautiful vies and quiet neighborhood!

We loved our stay at this wonderful property. Everything was as it was presented, and the hosts were very helpful. Loved their food recommendations! Check out Paadee Thai food if you’re in the neighborhood- it’s excellent.
