This 1960's cottage has been completely renovated. Nestled on 3.3 acers there is plenty of quiet and privacy.
Outside there is a tree swing, gas grill, patio set and seating on the front and back porches. Take the boogie boards, lux beach towels and beach chairs to Tybee Island!
The space
Each bed is made with special attention to comfort, and to Airbnb's pledge to cleanliness. The kitchen is fully equipped with new pots/pan, sheet trays, Keurig, blender, wine glasses, waffle maker, toddler sippy cups/bibs/utensils/plates, and a fun variety of coffee mugs.

Quick trips to Kroger, Starbucs, CVS/Walgreens and restaurants are 0.4 miles away.
Centrally located to Forsyth Park and the Savannah airport (10 miles); River Street/Downtown (11 miles); Tybee Island (28 miles) and Hilton Head Island (48 miles).
*Rate shown is for two guests. There is a nominal fee after two guests. Bedrooms are smart locked. Therefore, access is provided when guest are registered. Please, see pictures. This is done in efforts to keep the base price affordable for small families/groups.
