Enjoy a cozy and classic mountain lodge vibe inside, where a compact 887-square-foot floor plan features an open-concept living room adorned with wooden skis and snowshoes. Winter sports enthusiasts will adore this location, with the Gem ski lift within 200 feet of your door! The restaurants and shops of Center Village await in a 3-minute stroll. In warmer months, get inspired by the great outdoors on the lovely Mayflower Gulch Trail (6.6 miles).

Your vacation home is on the ground floor and features covered parking, ski storage, and boot heaters. A shared sauna and outdoor hot tub add to the appeal. The bustling shops and restaurants of Center Village are a quick walk from home. Enjoy a meal out after a fun-filled day of alpine adventure. Leather furnishings in the living room include a full-size sofa bed and a comfy love seat. The 55” TV has a DVD player perfect for movie nights. Fix favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, stocked with plenty of helpful gadgets to assist with meal preparation.

This two-story condo sleeps seven guests between the bedroom, sleeping loft, and a full-size sofa bed in the living room. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the primary bedroom, outfitted with a comfy king bed and a TV. The en-suite bathroom (which is also accessible from the loft) features a pristine walk-in shower. Find a full-size bed plus a twin bed in the adjacent sleeping loft. A tub/shower combination rounds out the downstairs guest bathroom.

Be sure to head to the shared on-site hot tub. Bubbling waters invite relaxation and restoration after a day of outdoor fun. Plenty of seating and a gas grill can be found nearby.

Some noise may be heard from the adjacent stairway outside the unit.
This condo does not have air-conditioning. The fireplace is currently not operational.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
