About this property

Luxury, ski in/out 2 bedroom 1 bath renovated in 2022. Located in Spruce Lodge, 30 ft. from the magic carpet & 200 ft. from the American Eagle Gondola. This is the perfect getaway right next to the slopes. Come in for lunch and relax at the end of the day with on the all new furniture in front of the fireplace.

Ski locker in garage for storage and additional locker room providing access right onto slope next to the magic carpet.

The living and dining room are furnished with new Room & Board sofa and dining table for 6 boasting views of the SKY chutes.

The oversized kitchen includes all the normal dishes/glassware/silverware you would expect and also includes a stocked pantry. Many specialty appliances included are drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, slow cooker, blender, toaster, waffle maker, fondue, raclette, soda stream and more.

Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 and has a brand new king size Sleep Number bed with luxury bedding to drift off to sleep while watching a movie. Also enjoy coffee in the morning on your private balcony and enjoy the birds amongst the evergreens.

Bedroom 2 sleeps 4 and has built in extra long bunk beds, with lighting and curtains for privacy as well as a queen sized pull out Room and Board sofa bed. The TV makes it the perfect kids getaway zone.

When you are done with the slopes we have lots of games, puzzles, toys, and sleds to keep the whole family happy. Enjoy other amenities including a boot/glove dryer/heater, humidifier, and more.

the owner was amazing, but the condo needs some love

the condo itself was fine. the location was amazing. the blankets were dirty. the master bed was uncomfortable and the pillows need to be replaced. they should remove the shag look. there was dog hair everywhere. there was no where to lay on the floor to stretch before skiing. the bathroom was new but the shower needs work. the shower head kept falling and the pole with the curtain fell as well. there was no toilet paper or paper towels and regular bath towels were limited. he owner is amazing. i hope they fix these issues.

We’re coming back!

This was one of my favorite VRBOs for skiing with the family. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. The instructions were clear. Communication with the host was easy. AND, it’s a legit ski in ski out. Restaurants and small store for groceries are all walking distance, so we didn’t need to use our car from check in to check out. We’ve already booked this same place again.

Easy come easy go

The property was exactly as we expected. Very easy to get to the center village lifts. The fact we could walk to the lifts, in ski boots, with kids, without any whining says it all about the proximity to the skiing. The place was clean, comfortable and the property owner answered all our questions almost immediately as they came up. No complaints from us.
