Your rental is just a 5-minute walk from the base of Vail Ski Resort, providing excellent access to year-round mountain fun.
At home, large windows deliver ample natural light and breathtaking valley views. Plush furnishings and a gas fireplace make this two-story condo an inviting and comfortable home base.
LIVING AREA
Relax in the living area and enjoy gorgeous views of the west valley and the mountains beyond. A sofa and love seat provide lots of comfy seating around the gas fireplace. Watch favorite shows on the 51” TV, select a board game from the provided collection, or write postcards at the desk.
A sleeping nook located off the kitchen is furnished with a twin daybed and twin trundle.
KITCHEN & DINING
Home chefs will be pleased to find stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. Start your vacation days with morning coffee at the kitchen bar for four.
At mealtimes, gather around the table for six in the dining area.
BED & BATH
This condo sleeps up to eight guests between three bedrooms and a sleeping nook.
The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and a 32” flat-screen with Apple TV. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom includes two twin-size beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds. The third bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Twin beds can be pushed together to form a king.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The heated outdoor pools allow you to take a dip at any time. After a fun-filled day on the mountain, unwind in one of the bubbling hot tubs. Enjoy access to tennis courts, a fitness center, a community firepit, and the grill area.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer are provided.
Unassigned parking is available for one car in the community garage. If needed, additional parking spaces are available for $20/day.
This unit is located on the third floor. Elevators are available.

THE LOCATION
Walk 5 minutes from your rental to the Eagle Bahn Gondola. After a fun-filled day, head to the base to find shops, restaurants, and the Vail Square Ice Rink.
During warmer months, travel 2 miles to the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens to admire the immaculate displays. Golfers will appreciate being just 3 miles from the Vail Golf Club.

The condo was very nice, clean, and spacious for our group.
Had a group of friends, 5 total, who all had their own beds which was nice. The condo met all of our needs and then some.
We had a slight issue with the refrigerator leaking water but notified management quickly and easily via text and they were able to get someone out to fix it right away while we were out enjoying the mountain!
Will definitely consider using this spot again for any future teips to Vail.

Perfect location and lovely home for Vail skiing. The only real issue was parking. We had a Thule topper for our ski gear so had to park in the outdoor parking area, because our vehicle height was too high for the parking garage. They only had five outdoor parking slots, so it was a bit of challenge to snag a parking spot at times, because small vehicles were parking in our oversize spots.Everything inside the home and swimming/hot tub were wonderful. Highly recommend.

Overall clean except for the dishwasher. Appreciated the quiet of the building. The pool was nice. It was kind of a longer process to get in touch with staff about issues but basically everything was resolved. We were disappointed that two of the beds were in the middle of the living space. Two people did not have much privacy.

Great Summer Getaway
Very pleased with this unit. We were a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) and were plenty comfortable in the condo. From check in to check out, the staff at this location was awesome. Condo was clean, kitchen well stocked and enough room for everyone to be comfortable. There were plenty of fans for each bedroom which is a must in the summer months. Noise from I70 is a bit annoying if you have the windows open in the evening would be the only complaint. Made use of both the outdoor and the indoor pools. Property is very well maintained and once we parked in the garage, we walked everywhere which was awesome. Great location. Would definitely stay here again. Communication from Vacassa was excellent.

This was a great place for our weekend getaway - staff were very helpful and always available - we enjoyed a massage (literally the best I have ever had) and sitting by the pool.
Only issue was that there is no AC - so just be aware if that - can open windows for a nice breeze but highway noise is pretty loud there. And also know going in that there is no balcony - it kind of looked like it in the photos because there is a railing - but it is just outside the window - no actual balcony

Great rental for WINTER only
This property needs A/C for 2 reasons: It's hot in June and no open windows help. Speaking of open windows, the property is right next to one of the loudest highways - so you can't keep the windows open for air or to speak to the person sitting next to you. It'd be perfect in the winter as it right at a bus stop and the highway doesn't matter with closed windows.
We had an amazing stay at VS301. The accommodations were wonderful. The rooms were spacious and fit our needs very well. Access to the indoor pool as well as the hot tub was perfect for our 3 year olds after a day on the slopes. They were also very easy to work with and we would recommend this unit for a single or multi family stay!
Good environment and apartment well kept and clean
Good reception.
But we have not received mid week house keeping service in the contract.
