The bathroom consists of a shower and a toilet. Small smoking corner in the courtyard. Bed linen and towels including 20% down payment within 14 days after booking to the account, balance payment in cash on arrival arrival from 1 p.m. departure until 10 a.m.

Unser Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Ich war schon sehr oft in Warnemünde. Aber noch nie so herrlich untergebracht. Der Vermieter war toll. Würde gerne jederzeit wiederkommen.

Klein aber fein

Die Ferienwohnung liegt inmitten von Restaurants und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einigen Bäckerein und zu Edeka, quasi mittendrin. Die Geräuschkulisse stört jedoch nicht, da sie rückwärtig liegt. Das Navi führte uns in die Parallelstraße, was tatsächlich stimmte. Bitte vorher mit dem Vermieter die Parkplatzfrage klären. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hat alles, was man braucht und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass die kleine Sitzgelegenheit draußen nicht gemütlich ist, da sich dort auch der Küchenausgang des Restaurants befindet und es ziemlich wuselig ist. Die obere Sitzgelegenheit liegt schön, aber der Geruch nach Fisch aus der Nachbargaststätte ist nicht so einladend. Alles in allem ist diese Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Zeit

Bei der Genauigkeit der Beschreibung habe ich ein Stern abgezogen, da viel besser war als beschrieben! Man kann eine große Terrasse und Räder ( Räder gegen geringe Gebühr ) nutzen. Eine ganz liebevoll eingerichtete saubere Ferienwohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach wunderbar und gemütlich mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und liegt wirklich wunderbar Zentral. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett ! Wir kommen bestimmt sehr bald wieder! Vielen lieben Dank!
