This spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo is close to this beach, so get ready to be awakened by the soothing sound of the crashing waves every single day! There is a nice view of the beach from the balcony and living room. Yes, the views are so nice they are totally social media-material worthy! This beach charmer also includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, free WiFi, and flatscreen TVs with cable.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Overall the place was nice- the location was great. The place is in desperate need of some updates. The kitchen was terrible broken drawers, stove burners were unusable, the door on the refrigerator fixed aswell.

The location and price was the highlight and selling point. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathroom, and ocean front! The location and prices makes it possible to close your eyes to the dirt, out dated everything, and lack of resources to clean. There was no broom. The vacuum was so dirty and disgusting and the rental needs deep cleaned from grime and traffic as well as pets! The parking, the views, and sleeping to the sound of the ocean bridged the massive gaps the rental has to offer. The neighbors were friendly and it is located in a safe area.

The unit needs complete updating. Bathrooms and Kitchen are OLD!!! Circa 1960. Broken doors. Outside furniture is warped. Only good thing is location to beach. Don’t recommend

Leaves a lot to be desired……

I’ll start with the positives…….the location was great with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was surface level clean but could use a good deep cleaning. This unit is dated with no updates since being built in the 70s. The kitchen cabinet drawer was broken and hanging, the refrigerator door rack was broken and duct taped, the over the stove microwave had the handle broken off and another microwave was placed on the counter. Many light bulbs needed to be replaced and the vents needed to be cleaned. The patio furniture feels very brittle and needs to be replaced. The worst part was the beds. The king size bed had soft spots that you’d roll over and get stuck in and the queen bed was hard and squeaked every time you moved. This unit needs a major overhaul. I would not return or recommend.

Remote Possibility of my return

Neither TV was functional when we arrived...The remote on the main TV was obviously damaged with s/a smashed-in button so it was not possible to scroll downward through channels. In the main bedreem the large mirror's anchor bolt was hanging partially out of the wall. Apparently it had somehow fallen with the prior tenant and hit the extension cord plug to the TV electronics, breaking off the grouding post in the wall. It tokk multiple calls over the next 1 1/2 days to at least get the TV's working. Poor job of the staff not to notice these things and poorer response to my multple calls to Vacasa.

They could clean the vents in the bathrooms, and wash the rugs around the toilet.
