The apartment is located on the ground floor of the two-storey house and has a floor space of 75 m². It is comfortably furnished in country style. Inside you will find a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living and dining area, a small separate kitchen and a shower room with washing machine and toilet. In the first bedroom you sleep in a double bed measuring 180 cm x 180 cm. The second bedroom has two single beds measuring 100cm x 200cm. In the living area you can comfortably sit on a couch next to the fireplace and enjoy the relaxation after a day trip. In the living area is also integrated the dining area, which invites with a corner seat and two chairs for meals together. The kitchen with small kitchenette allows you to easily self-sufficiency with a four-burner gas hob, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker and a toaster. A washing machine is also available in the kitchen. The bathroom is designed as a shower room with toilet, bidet, hand basin, bathroom window and a shower.

In your private garden area you will find a dining area on the terrace. A parking space is located in front of the property.

The center can be reached after 1.3 kilometers. On the way there are numerous cafes and restaurants, as well as shopping. A tennis court is within walking distance.
