NEW luxurious lakefront home near CLEMSON PRIVATE BEACH on LAKE KEOWEE

Welcome Clemson fans! Our DREAM HOME on LAKE KEOWEE was just finished 3 years ago. Everything is top of the line and brand spanking new. One unique feature about our home is that we have our very own private beach area where you can relax in the lounge chairs or build sandcastles with your kids.

Enjoy 180 degree view of the lake from the family room, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, 2 secondary bedrooms, and the loft. You will love the covered back porch which stretches the entire length of the house. Sink into and relax on our outdoor couches and chairs while enjoying the views of the lake. On the back porch you will also find 2 gas fire pits. One is off the kitchen and a second fire pit is off the master bedroom. There is another huge gas firepit with tons of Adirondack chairs in the backyard.

We chose this lot because of the quiet calm water. Guests have access to some of our lake toys including 2 adult kayaks, 2 youth kayaks, 2 standup paddle boards, and a lake mat. We have a sandy shallow area where you can pull up your chair and let the water tickle your feet.

There are 4 bedrooms and a loft. Each bedroom has a large flatscreen tv and we have cable tv and WiFi internet. All mattresses are brand new sterns and foster pillow tops. We have a shuffle board in the family room along with a cabinet full of fun board games.

The kitchen has all professional Jenn-Air appliances. We also have a grill and a BIG GREEN EGG you can cook on. There is a Keurig coffee maker and a Jimmy Buffet margarita machine as well.

Clemson Tigers Stadium is just a short 20-25 minute drive from our home.

Main Floor: entryway, family room, kitchen, dining area off the kitchen, walk in pantry, master bedroom w/ king bed and full bathroom, 2nd bedroom w/ queen bed and full bathroom, laundry room.

Upstairs: 3rd bedroom w/ queen bed and full bathroom, loft with pullout couch and daybed, 4th bedroom w/ queen bed and full bathroom.

Clemson Graduation

We rented this property for 4 nights to attend our son’s Clemson graduation with family and friends. Beautiful house loaded with amenities in an awesome private location. The hosts responded immediately to any questions we had but we really had no issues whatsoever with the house. Lots of bedrooms and private baths and plenty of games and activities to entertain all. Highly recommend !

Family weekend on the lake

Amazing! That is what comes to mind when describing our stay at this property. Our family came together to celebrate birthdays, Thanksgiving, and a house divided football game/tailgating. I spent a lot of time in the gorgeous kitchen, which was equipped with the best appliances. The house itself could not have been more beautiful, with a view of the lake that was incredible. We spent much time around the fire pit on the deck. It was the perfect spot for reading, sipping coffee or cocktails, chatting, laughing and just admiring the view. We truly did not want to leave! I would definitely recommend this beautiful property.

A Perfect 10!

The property was spectacular. The views of the lake were amazing. We were a group of 10 with ages ranging from 8 to 65. Everyone had a great time. We took a boat tour of Lake Jocassee and hiked to several waterfalls. The boat tour was fantastic. The property had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space to hang out together as a family but also lots of areas for some alone time.

Really fantastic

My friends and I went to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The house and the owner blew our expectations out of the water. First, the house is gorgeous. The views are fantastic, and my favorite part was the back deck with fire pit. The house is clean and has the best amenities of any house I’ve ever rented. The owner makes everything so super easy and she is so very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend and cannot wait to go back.

Awesome vacation home and neighborhood

We stayed at the lake house during New Years and we absolutely loved everything! The house was extremely clean and everything was brand new. The rooms were spacious and had everything you might need for a lake vacation. The property owner was very nice and left instructions on how to use the appliances in the house. The location of the house is also worth mentioning. The lake is extremely beautiful and peaceful. We went kayaking in the morning and it was extremely relaxing. We also found several places to hiking near the house. Definitely check them out and be ready for some breathtaking views. We can’t wait to come back!

Home Away From Home

You will not be disappointed in this new home. Extremely cozy and welcoming interior that is located in a new community on the lake. Views are fantastic and outdoors offers a very nice quietness to enjoy the screened back porches around the fire pits. The owner is very easy to communicate with and has left instructions on how to use the modern appliances that are in the home. We had a 10 year old and 4 others in the home with plenty of space to rest or enjoy cocktails. You can bring your own food to cook in the kitchen or run 15 minutes to Seneca find many choices. Clemson is about a 30 minute ride on game days. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Thank you for looking at our home. This home is our forever home and we live here part of the year. We absolutely love sharing our little slice of heaven with others during Clemson football season. We love the lake views, our private beach area, the propane fire pit on the covered back porch, and the gourmet kitchen.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood to build our dream home because it is quiet and has miles and miles of paved streets to walk or go for jogs. We are close to Clemson, grocery stores, great restaurants and so many lovely waterfalls you can hike to. It’s an all around lovely location right on beautiful Lake Keowee.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because we have our very own private beach area. We also have clear water with a gradual entry into the lake. Our dock is relaxing and quiet. We do not get constantly bombarded with massive waves like many homes on the lake do. Occasionally you will see the bald eagle fly by that nests in a tree across the street. It’s a quiet beautiful location.
