Private: property 1'000 m2, beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, hot tub, roofed, parking. Shop 3.9 km, supermarket 3.9 km, shopping centre 3.9 km, restaurant 2.7 km, bakery 3.9 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "Playa de L´Ampolla" 6.4 km, rocky beach "Cala Baladrar" 3.5 km (small). Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. No heating option. On the lower ground floor: (steep stair) living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, satellite TV and air conditioning. 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace partly roofed, large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed). Très bon séjour

Maison fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Idéale pour 2 familles car la maison est divisée en 2 logements distincts. Seules les salles de bain seraient à rafraîchir. La piscine est très agréable et bien agencée avec les transats et le parasol ( à noter qu'elle est très ensoleillée le matin et à l'ombre à partir de 16h). La vue sur mer est magnifique. Quartier calme et paisible. Service interhome à l'écoute et serviable. Bref, de très bonnes vacances ! Nous reviendrons !

vistas espectaculares

Me ha parecido bien, lo único un poco incomoda la distribución de menaje entre una planta y otra pero una vez acostumbrados dejabamos lo que necesitabamos a mano en donde lo fueramos a usar, asi como el sistema de llaves independientes que hacía que no pudieramos acceder libremente en algún momento que lo hemos necesitado. Mucho sol por la mañana en la piscina y el tema sombra no muy bien resuelto. En cambio mucha sombra por la tarde. Lo mejor las vistas y que es espacioso. Un poco lío hasta que te aprendes el camino de subida y bajada a la playa que esta cerca si no te pierdes. Muy recomendable el navegador y el pueblo de Moraira con un ambiente muy bonito y agradable

La limpieza general de las habitaciones, sobretodo armarios empotrados y ventanas estaban en pésimo estado de suciedad, incluidas telarañas. También muy sucios los utensilios de cocina y la cocina como tal. Las almohadas de muy mala calidad y muy blandas. Todo esto acentuado por la pandemia y el riesgo de contagio por la falta de higiene. Las camas y el resto de la casa bien, excepto las persianas de las ventanas del comedor que estaban rotas y muy viejas. La piscina expectacular .

Gran ubicación, piscina excelente, limpieza pésima

La situación de la casa es excelente, la piscina es increíble, pero ha echado todo a perder la situación que nos encontramos la casa al llegar, estaba muy muy sucia, sólo estaban aceptables los baños el resto de la casa lo tuvimos que limpiar nosotros mismo tardamos más de tres horas 4 adultos, la sombrilla estaba destrozada en medio de la estancia de la piscina, el exterior de la casa lleno de hojas y colillas, los sillones muy muy sucios. Mala gestión de Interhome. Nos cambiaron la sombrilla.

Maison très sale

Maison très sale : vaisselles, placards, électroménagers..pas de balais, ni de serpillière pour nettoyer. Aspirateur hs. Ne parlons pas de la piscine qui était verte à notre arrivée, le pisciniste est venu au moins 6 fois en 15 jours. Parasols cassés etc.. nous reviendrons pas dans ce logement. Très très déçu...

Bueno con alguna mejora

La casa está muy bien la recomiendo, lo único que solo había una manta fina por habitación y pasamos un poco de frío para dormir, y no se había conectado la climatización de la piscina previamente a nuestra llegada y no nos pudimos bañar porque estaba fria

Esta bien la casa. Estaría bien una revisión de la presión del agua y una posible reforma de los cuartos de baño. En la zona de piscina alguna iluminacion. El toldo parasol de arriba es peligroso ya que al ser una zona de viento se cae y puede hacer Daño a alguien. Mejor toldo fijo
