Escape to the California countryside and enjoy a serene experience just 10 minutes from downtown Pismo Beach! This sprawling home features plenty of space inside and out for a family-friendly vacation, team retreat, or similar gathering. The interiors are vibrant and eclectic, creating a unique yet comfortable experience. On the main floor you'll find the full, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area with a farmhouse-style table for six, game room, one bedroom with three bunk beds, and a mudroom. The farmhouse-style dining table seats six, and the fireplace in the corner makes it the ideal spot for game nights or a cozy workspace. The lower level reveals the living area with a leather sectional, flatscreen TV, fireplace, and breakfast nook, while just down the hall you’ll find a laundry room and three more bedrooms, each with its own walk-in-closet. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed along with a twin daybed and a large en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate soaking tub, the second bedroom has two double beds, and the third has one double. There is also a full bathroom between them. Step outside and enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding farmland. The expansive patio includes an array of seating options and a gas grill. Relax with a book by the lawn, play yard games, see what's growing in the garden, and close out your days gathered around the firepit.

*Dear guest, please note that you are not allowed to wander off on property past the driveway. You do not have access to the grass area by the barn or the barn.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
