Apartment mit Blick auf das Meer
Das Appartment hat alles,was man braucht, sogar Sonnenstühle und Sonnenschirme . Bäcker und Supermarket sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss, Strand ist ca.100 m. Die Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig,daher ist super,dass man eine Garage hat,aber für grossere Autos ist die leider nicht geeignet. Wer für längere Zeit kommt, prüfen Sie SOFORT,ob die Waschmaschine funktioniert!

Meersicht, Top Lage
Eine einfach eingerichtete Wohnung, mit gut eingerichteter Küche, Kaffeemaschine Nespresso und Waschmaschine. Die Sicht aufs Meer und St. Raphael ist top. Die Wohnung gut gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckerei und der Strand sowie etliche Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen wieder!

Appartement vétuste, mal isolé, bruyant.
Confort du clic clac dans le salon médiocre (vieux clic clac) .
Garage loué avec l appartement, malheureusement fermé les 2 derniers jours pour cause de travaux (nous n avons pas été prevenus)
Très bon emplacement : en face de la mer, à proximité des commerces

plus ; nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour la gêne occasionnée.

représentative. Concernant le bruit, nous en sommes navrés mais il
s'agit malheureusement d'un facteur externe que nous ne pouvons pas
influencer. Nous sommes heureux d'apprendre que vous avez globalement

Situation idéale
Situation idéale ! L'appartement se trouve à 50 m de la plage. Petit plus cette année : airco dans le living et la chambre (nécessaire toutefois vu les températures en juillet). 4ème année successives de location ! Seul bémol... 3ème étage sans ascenseur... mais on garde la forme ! :-)

Leuk appartement
Dit jaar voor de tweede keer in dit appartement. Het appartement heeft een moderne badkamer, maar de rest is wat gedateerd. Echter, het is schoon en ruim met een fraai uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de boulevard en Saint-Raphaël. Nadeel van dit appartement kan zijn dat het niet over een lift beschikt. Het is 6 trappen lopen met in totaal 48 treden, dus niets wanneer je slecht ter been bent. De garage waarover kan worden beschikt is jammergenoeg veel te smal voor een normale middenklasser.

Fraai uitzicht
Verblijf van 26 mei tot 16 juni 2018. Leuk appartement met mooie badkamer en fraai uitzicht. Keuken gedateerd, maar voldoet. Nadeel: er is geen lift, maar wanneer je goed ter been bent went het traplopen (50 treden) snel. De beschikbare garage is alleen geschikt voor kleine auto's, want te smal voor een gemiddelde middenklasser. Wij hadden veel last van het lawaai van een verbouwing in een appartement naast ons, maar dat is natuurlijk tijdelijk.

Appartement idéalement situé
Appartement très bien, balcon toujours à l'ombre l'après midi ce qui idéal dans le sud, salle de bain au top avec superbe cabine de douche, grande chambre.
