Welcome to "The Dream" (New Owners) One bedroom Oceanfront Condo. 2nd floor

Welcome to The Dream, our home away from home, close to everything that Daytona Beach has to offer.
2nd floor end room 205 is one of the biggest condos at the Resort. For your comfort, the 1 bedroom has a king bed with a beautiful ocean view from the round port hole window. Very comfortable sleeper sofa. Sleeps 4 comfortable but the condo is large enough for a blow up mattress. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Newly remodeled kitchen, Washer & Dryer. You have all the luxury amenities. Free parking and Wifi. It has been a dream to own this condo and we hope you enjoy it!
Our Condo, The Dream is 2 miles to the pier in Daytona, where you will find a lot of fun activites for the family.
Across the street is Congo Putt Putt. Winn Dixie and Publix.
Daytona Speedway is under 8 miles away. As well as Daytona Outlet Mall.
The Lighthouse is around 8 miles away. At the Lighthouse you can also enjoy the Marine Science Center.
Marine Land is 30 miles away and St. Augustine is an hours drive.
You will also find about 10 really nice golf courses within 10 miles.
All of Orlando attractions just over an hour.

The host contacted is right away after booking then again right before our stay. She provided her contact info and was very responsive to any questions. She wanted to be sure we had all we needed to have a great stay. The condo was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. The bedroom was huge and tons of sitting areas in the living room. The view of the beach was amazing and the pool area was clean and had all we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The building itself a little dated, the condo is excellent. Nice place to call home for a few days while attending the car race. Having the beach right out the front is very convenient. Hosts were great, great communication.

Our room was very clean and spacious. It had everything that you would need for an extended stay. All kitchen needs including spices for cooking. It was a 2nd floor corner unit with a beautiful view. The property owner was very pleasant and quick to respond to any questions I had. We look forward to staying here again.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed the beautiful views of the up close beach from the balcony and even the porthole from the bedroom. The place was clean and had everything we needed to cook some breakfast in the mornings. Bed was comfortable. The pool area with tiki bar was very lively. Only being one floor up from ground level, it was easy to take the stairs right next to room.

Great views and awesome location

Had a great time at "The Dream" only had a couple of issues, (trouble with key code and circuit breaker popped)and Dana took care of everything promptly. A little small for 5 people but excellent for a 4 member family or smaller.
