The exclusive apartment in a newly built holiday house (4 apartments in total) is located in 2. Series just 200 meters from the beach. An adjacent park will offer you a green recreational oasis in the future. The living room welcomes guests with an open-plan kitchen, a dining area, a TV lounge with couch and fireplace and a west-facing balcony. The apartment has 2 single beds in the loft and a double bedroom on the 1st floor. Floor with east terrace. The bathroom with shower, toilet, bathtub and window completes the feel-good atmosphere. Enjoy your holiday on the Baltic Sea in our StrandappartementService: The high-quality equipment also includes a travel cot and a high chair. A parking lot is also at the house.   Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the tour price. You are welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels or book it for a fee.

Die vermittlung über Fe Wo direkt

Fe Wo direkt vermittelt Wohnung falsch und nur Profit gedacht!!!! Ich habe bei der Auswahl 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder mit dem jeweiligen Alter angegeben und mir wird eine Wohnung angeboten für lediglich für 4 Personen ausgelegt ist, aber für 5 Personen wird berechnet. Das erste und letztemal mit Fe Wo direkt was gesucht!!! Scheiß Laden!!!

Unser Aufenthalt

Hallo, an sich sehr schön. Mehrere Schlüssel verschiedener Ferienwohnungen in einem Schlüsselkasten hat dazu geführt, dass wir unseren Schlüssel bei Ankunft hinterher telefonierten. Da dieser von anderen Gästen mitgenommen wurde. Wir hatten leider auch erst 21:00 Uhr bemerkt, dass wir kein Toilettenpapier in unserer FeWo haben. Mit einer Rolle haben uns dann die Nachbarn ausgeholfen. Wir haben die Ansprechpartnerin davon in Kenntnis gesetzt und erwartet, dass wir Toilettenpapier am nächsten Tag bekommen. Eine Reinigungskraft am nächsten Tag hatte leider auch keins dabei. Es steht in der Gästeinformation, dass Verbrauchsmaterial zur Erstausstattung gehört.

Sehr schönes Appartement. Einziges Manko ist kein Wlan, wenn man es braucht. Mobile Daten funktionieren dort nur gering. Trotzdem ein super Urlaub. Dankeschön.

Sehr schönes Strandappartement in ruhiger Lage

Das Appartement lässt keine Wünsche offen, ob bei Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon, am Kamin oder in der Badewanne lässt es sich hier super entspannen und den Altag vergessen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch die Leseecke im DG mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Zu kritisieren gibt es hier nur die in unserem Reisezeitraum geschlossenen Restaurants an der Strandpromenade. Aber durch die komplett ausgestattete Küche im Appartement war das für uns auch kein Problem.

Schön gelegen und nett ausgestattet, aber leider etwas ungepflegt

Erster Eindruck: Mehrere Stufen der Zugangstreppe waren mit altem Vogelkot völlig verdreckt. Schade. In der Dusche war die Duschkopfhalterung abgebrochen. Einige Tassen waren nicht sauber gespült (Kaffee- oder Teereste). Anders als im Vertrag vermerkt, gab es kein WLAN. Unter der in der Hausordnung angegebenen Telefonnummer war niemand zu erreichen (mehrmalige Versuche zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten; kein AB). Der Mitarbeiter für die Schlüsselübergabe zeigte wenig Service-Orientierung: telefonisch schlecht erreichbar, eher muffelig, uninformiert (Gibt es WLAN? Zahlung Endreinigung? Schlüsselübergabe Abreisetag?). Als Kundin darf ich erwarten, dass, wenn der Vertreter des Vermieters mir bei Anreise nicht sagen kann, wann die Schlüsselübergabe bei Abreise (2 Tage später) erfolgen soll, er sich bei MIR meldet, wenn er das geklärt hat. Stattdessen soll ich anrufen, was ich tue. Mal ist er nicht erreichbar, mal anderweitig beschäftigt. Er sagt, ich solle ihm eine SMS schicken, er würde sich dann melden. Ich schicke die SMS, aber er meldet sich nicht. UND mault mich am Abreisetag an, nachdem ich mich melde, um zu klären wie die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgen soll. Da frage ich mich: Wer hat hier eigentlich welche Aufgabe? Diese unerfreuliche Kommunikation hat den Aufenthalt dann doch getrübt. Dabei ist die Wohnung an sich sehr hübsch. Und wir hatten herrliches Wetter.

Schönes Appartment, gute Aussicht!

Gute Lage in einer Feriensiedlung in Strandnähe. Das obere (Kinder)Schlafzimmer ist sehr toll durch den schönen Blick und die Einrichtung. Zwei Balkone vom Schlafzimmer und Wohnküche mit jeweils genügend Platz zum Frühstücken, allerdings nicht ganz so schöner Blick wie oben. Wohnküche wirkt durch den Fliesenboden etwas kalt. Vermieter haben wir nicht gesehen, war aber auch nicht nötig. Danke, wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Wunderschöne, liebevoll und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren leider viel zu kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an total wohl gefühlt. Die zwei Balkons an den gegenüberliegenden Seiten sind auch perfekt, weil man zu jeder Tageszeit zwischen Sonne oder Schatten wählen kann. Und der Weg zum Strand ist wirklich ein Katzensprung. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Das einzige, was uns ein bisschen genervt hat, wofür aber keiner was kann, war die große Baustelle in ca. 50 m Entfernung.... aber die ist ja hoffentlich bald weg!

Supersauber und individuell eingerichtet- wohlfühlalarm

Ostern an der Ostsee, vom Wetter ist da alles dabei, die Wohnung war blitzsauber, gepflegt und warm als wir ankamen. Herrlich gemütlich, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Netter Kontakt zum Hausverwalter, alles unproblematisch. Eine der besten Ferienwohnungen die wir bis jetzt an der Ostsee hatten. Prima und danke!
