On the ground floor: open kitchen, dining room with large table, large living room with functional fireplace. Sofas and armchairs for 8 to 10 people. A studio with a large bedroom, an extra kitchen, shower room and toilet. Large scullery with appliances. In this back kitchen, separated by a curtain: Extra sleeping area with sofa bed and mezzanine.

Upstairs: very large TV room, 3 large bedrooms, one with private bathroom. Large bathroom. Separate toilet.

Air conditioning in the living room, the back kitchen and upstairs. Cool house.

This house is our second home. Some cupboards are occupied by our personal belongings but there are still plenty of empty cupboards for your clothes.

Heated swimming pool, in service from April to October. Protective tarpaulin + alarm.
Garden with automatic irrigation, always green. Fenced garden.

Attention:
- Interior staircase a little tricky for very young children or the elderly.
- The old parquet floor upstairs creaks. The last to bed or the first to get up can disturb people with sensitive sleeps a little.
- House located in a quiet residential area. For the respect of the area, no music or loud voices in the garden please.
