The apartment is very nice and the landlords were responsive when there was a problem. The balcony is delightful and there is plenty of charm. The stairs are very steep--this was why i didn't give the check-in a 5. Also, there is no door or curtain to the bathroom. This made me unable to invite a colleague over for a glass of wine. That was disappointing.
