Free WiFi

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Mixed feelings

The Condo enjoyed a great location (76th Street). It was accessible directly off of Coastal Highway, yet was directly on the bay. Wonderful view, especially of the sunset. The unit was very large and had 3 full baths and a spacious kitchen. The decor was just okay. Not modern but not old and run down either. Needing a code for the elevator and providing luggage carts was a nice touch. The rooftop pool provided great views. Unfortunately, the week got off to a very rough start. We picked up our key at 4:00 PM as advised and when we got to the unit it was very evident it had not been cleaned after the departure of the prior guests. Bathrooms were especially bad. Hair everywhere, dirty wet towels scattered about and overall, not clean. The most disappointing part is we were never told at check in that the Unit was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We called Vacasa and we’re told someone would be there to clean the NEXT DAY! If we had not already unloaded 2 vehicles worth of stuff, we would have stayed in a hotel for the night. It was that bad (including dirty sheets on the beds). The cleaning crew arrived the next morning and did an absolutely wonderful job. Kudos to this mother and daughter team. All in all, you can see why we titled this review “mixed feelings”.

Best view!

We loved everything about this condo, clean and up to date appliances and the best part were the views from the balcony and rooftop pool! We will 100% be staying here again.
