Spread over two levels, it features a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area, a mezzanine lounge, and three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room.
This beautifully renovated 16th-century half-timbered building combines historical character with modern comfort to ensure a pleasant stay.
On the main floor, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Upstairs, there is a third bedroom with a double bed and an additional shower room with toilet.
The open-plan kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals: hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, and kitchen utensils.
A staircase leads to the bright and peaceful mezzanine living room, offering a lovely view over the rooftops of Rouen and the nearby Saint-Maclou Church.
Good to know: this property is made up of two independent flats connected through a shared corridor to create a single, spacious accommodation—ideal for families, friends, or business travelers.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Please note that there is no private parking available, but you can park on the surrounding streets according to the city's paid parking rules.
