Second floor unit is fully furnished with linens and all kitchenware. Washer and dryer in unit. Public beach access is less than a block away. Enjoy a comfortable south Florida get away.

Set thermostat to 76 degrees.
Close and lock all windows and doors.
Leave keys in lockbox.
Checkout is 11:00 am.
