Meadows Mill House II, an 1830's grist mill in a past life, now serves as a fully functional modern day residence. During your stay in the carriage house, we encourage our visitors to explore waterfalls, relax by the fire and simply take it all in. Centrally located between historic Opelika, Auburn and Columbus Georgia- all with plenty to do. So grab a friend, bring your family, we look forward to seeing you here soon at Meadows Mill!

The cabin was so cool! We really enjoyed everything around it and the historical feel of it. Great place to stay if you just have 2-3 people. We loved it and will be back.

Very cute cabin. It was clean and neat. But there is no kitchen. You have a Keuirg and two hot plates. We were able tomake do, but a little disappointed when found no kitchen. Also, the pool and hot tub are not part of small cabin rental. Our two grandsons loved the kayak, but do have to carry them to the pond. Wonderful place for a quiet trip for two people. The view and sound of creek was great.

We had a really great time at Meadows Mill House! We stayed in the smaller cabin on the property. We were traveling with two dogs and they loved exploring the property. Absolutely loved hearing the dam and the creek from the porch!!! It would have been nice to have a small tv on the porch or living room but not a deal breaker by any means. The grill was really nice to use and the porch was such a nice feature. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for having us :)

Quiet cabin

The cabin was nice and the location was great for my trip. Nice size for at least 3 adults. The river waa nice to sit and listen to in the early morning with a cup of coffee. Nice area for small dog.

Great Get-Away for Quiet Time

Beautiful renovated cottage that provided a few days of quiet and relaxation off the busy interstate about 40 minutes from Auburn University. Enjoyed the relaxation of the screened in back porch with a beautiful view of the creek to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Wonderful Retreat!

This was the second time I stayed here and would highly recommend it to everyone! It is a beautiful cabin with a fantastic view and an easy drive to Auburn through the countryside. The owners are great and communicate very well! I wish I could stay longer!
